L’Oréal’s HR team needed an internal presentation that would effectively engage employees around new initiatives, processes, or organizational values. While the content was strong, the initial presentation lacked the visual cohesion and emotional resonance needed to truly connect with internal audiences. Given L’Oréal’s emphasis on creativity, innovation, and brand identity—even internally—there was a clear gap between the presentation’s visual tone and the company’s standard of excellence. The challenge was to elevate the design while staying aligned with internal communication goals and L’Oréal’s strong visual identity.
Solution
We reimagined the presentation with a design approach that combined clarity, structure, and aesthetic appeal. By applying brand-aligned visuals, modern layouts, and strategic content framing, we transformed the deck into an engaging, human-centered communication tool. The redesign helped simplify complex HR messages while creating space for emotional connection and internal pride. The final result reflected L’Oréal’s internal culture of excellence and made it easier for the HR team to deliver their message with confidence and impact.
